Santa Catarina

Identity and communication for "Santa Catarina" Private Condominium, a real estate development in the heart of Lisbon, which is the result of a recovery of two buildings with a total of nineteen charming houses. This is a high-end real estate project designed by architect João Carrilho da Graça adding the concept "life experience" in which to live is an "art form". The premium brochure is presented as an unique and distinctive object in the form of a book, which tells the whole story about the building, about the project and the architect. To complete the the communication project, we added a website, a direct mail that works as an overview of the brochure and an outdoor screen to cover the building during their rehabilitation.
