Maia Park

Identity, totem and signage development for a storage complex facility in Maia, Oporto. Maia Park’s identity is based on a concept of compartmentalisation and repetition thais aims to represent structure and organization. The logo is organised in blocks, as are the warehouses, its aesthetics is based on an industrial and modular character. The development of a 12m was the major challenge in this project. Its goal is to increase visibility from the highway that is on higher ground, The structure developed follows the triangular shape of the roundabout where it’s placed and gives it a 360º visibility. The outside structure is made with aluminium plates with the top ones painted in black where the Maia Park logo is highlighted.
